Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, manage, and mentor multiple team members in B2B demand generation activities
- Set clear performance expectations and ensure teams meet or exceed monthly quotas
- Conduct regular one-on-ones, team meetings, and performance reviews
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture built on trust and accountability
- Monitor workloads and optimize resource allocation across teams
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members
- Sales & Business Development
- Execute cold-calling campaigns and email outreach strategies
- Engage with prospects using proven sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, etc.)
- Maintain and exceed personal sales targets while ensuring team quota achievement
- Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B tech company clients
- Data Management & Quality Assurance
- Format and clean data in Excel ensuring alignment with client specifications
- Perform quality checks on lead data to meet client expectations
- Map data to approved values with exceptional attention to detail
- Verify job titles, company names, and contact information accuracy
- Utilize lead verification tools and maintain data integrity standards
- Client Relations & Communication
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Provide regular updates on team performance and project status
- Address client concerns and implement feedback effectively
- Contribute to process optimization and improvement initiatives
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of B2B lead generation/demand generation industry experience
- Proven team leadership experience managing multiple team members
- People management experience with demonstrated ability to motivate and develop staff
- Cold-calling and email outreach experience with measurable results
- Track record of hitting personal targets and ensuring team quota achievement
- Sales training certification or experience with methodologies such as MEDDIC,SPIN, Challenger Sale, etc.
- Leadership training background with experience in team motivation and support
Package & Remuneration
B2B Team Leader: R60 000 basic with a bonus structure, to be explained upon interview phase
5 years min experience as a leader,

B2B sales teams.
