About the Role: 3-month Contract

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Practitioner to support, implement, and evaluate a wide range of organisational development solutions and interventions. The successful candidate will drive sustainable improvements in individual, team, and organisational performance, focusing on areas such as employee engagement, performance management, change management, talent and succession management, and culture awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement change and organisational development initiatives to enhance well-being, effectiveness, and efficiency.
  • Build positive relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads and HR Business Partners.
  • Analyse and address strategic and cultural issues through effective OD programmes and interventions.
  • Support and evaluate interventions in:
    • Employee engagement
    • Culture change, behaviours, and values
    • Team development and performance
    • Organisational change and transformation
    • Coaching and mentoring
    • Talent management and succession planning
    • Leadership and management development
    • Change management
  • Drive adoption of People With Disabilities (PWD) programmes.
  • Maintain accurate career paths on internal systems.
  • Partner with HR to ensure completion and reporting of employee climate surveys.
  • Promote participation in performance scorecard processes.
  • Collaborate with service providers for leadership development programmes.
  • Use diagnostic tools to monitor and report on intervention success.
  • Research and apply external innovation trends and new technologies.
  • Produce reports for management and executive committees as required.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Degree in Behavioural Science or equivalent qualification.
  • Change Management Certificate (e.g., Prosci) is advantageous.
  • Professional membership in a Human Capital association (advantageous).
  • 2-4 years’ experience as an organisational development practitioner.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in organisational design, change management, and employee engagement frameworks, including talent and performance management.
  • Experience working with senior leadership teams.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
