Logistics Coordinator (Receiving & Dispatch)
- Acknowledgment of receipt of queries
- Capturing of units/accessories in the GRN book
- Posting FA Transfers on NAV
- Changing status on NAV (Swops & Returns for physical stock)
- Daily Incoming & dispatch Reports captured, send, and filed
- Distribute signed paperwork to the relevant department
- General Queries (Proof of Delivery note from internal & external clients)
- Preparation of Purchase Order & Packing and preparation of goods for dispatch.
- Checking units are allocated in the right bin
- Changing current stats of the unit
- Preparation of delivery note & Waybill
- Changing status on NAV from pick n prep to schedule
- Daily dispatching report captured, send, and filled
- Follow up on delivery send to client (signed copies)
- General assistance in Logistics when needed
- Resolving problematic replacement
- Preparation of delivery note & Waybill
- Daily incoming and distribution report - capture, send and file
- Follow up on deliveries and delivery notes
- Distribute signed paperwork to the relevant department
- General queries and recons
- Packing outgoing stock
- Signing paperwork for courier
- Allocate units to the correct system location (bin)
- Update the system and change unit status as the unit moves through the process
- Post FA Transfers on NAV
- Capturing of returns and repairs on the system to ensure stock integrity.
- Liaise with the technicians to ensure faulty stock is returned within SLA
- Assist with the administrative functions within the warehouse including stock tracking, stock reconciliations, reports, filing and scanning
- Adhere to all stock processes and ensure that SLAs are met
- Configure and set up devices according to the client-specific requirement or solution
- Clean and repair devices and accessories returned from the customer
- Conduct quality checks on repaired devices and inventory/stock
- Record outcome of device repairs on excel once testing is completed which allows manager to monitor progress
- Meet the weekly targets set up by the Production Supervisor
- Adhere to SLA benchmarks for processing client faulty returns (cleaning and testing of units)
- Update hardware and software fault report
- Participate in monthly stock counts
- Failover/support for the Distribution team

- Good knowledge of working on ERP systems
- Matric
- Logistics related Degree.
- Distribution Administrator Experience
- Customer Service Experience
- Strong IT skills, Pulse, ERP/WMS System, CRM)
- MS Windows, MS-Office (Excel, Word, Power-Point, Outlook)
- ITC Clear
