Regional Financial Controller

Purpose
Responsible for maintaining strong financial controls, stock accuracy, and compliance across multiple regional branches. Supports finance and operations by ensuring accurate financial processes, audit readiness, and effective stock governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain financial controls, compliance, petty cash, GRVs, purchase orders, and financial records.
• Manage regional stock control, stocktakes, inventory accuracy, and variance resolution.
• Oversee asset management, CAPEX, insurance claims, and fleet card administration.
• Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and support audits and regional finance operations.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Provide financial support to regional management and identify control risks.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, Auditing, or a related field.
• Experience in financial control, audit, compliance, or multi-site finance environments.
• Retail, wholesale, or multi-branch experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of stock control, ERP systems, financial reporting, and audit processes.
• Willingness to travel between regional branches when required.
