Technical Sales Representative – Kzn Region

We are looking for a results-driven Technical Sales Representative to expand our client’s footprint across Durban and the greater KwaZulu-Natal region. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, strengthening existing customer relationships, and delivering engineered solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities across Durban and KZN
• Support and grow existing customer accounts through excellent service and technical expertise
• Develop and present engineered solutions based on customer requirements
• Interpret technical specifications to ensure accurate product and solution recommendations
• Prepare and manage quotations and tenders effectively
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the industrial sector

Requirements & Experience

• Proven experience in external technical sales
• Exposure to manufacturing, petrochemical, or broader industrial sectors
• Established customer network within Durban and KZN (highly advantageous)
• Ability to interpret and translate technical customer requirements into solutions
• Strong quotation and tender management experience
• Confident in presenting and explaining technical solutions to clients
