Inbound & Outbound Call Centre Agents

Location: Century City, Cape Town
Contract: 3‑Month Contract
Start Date: Immediate
Working Hours: Shifts between Monday – Sunday, 9:00–18:00 (including weekends & public holidays)

About the Role
We are seeking energetic, customer-focused Inbound and Outbound Call Centre Agents to join our team on a 3-month contract. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international contact centre environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 6-12 months’ Call Centre experience (Inbound, Outbound, or Blended).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English with a neutral accent – essential for handling international clients.
  • High computer literacy, with a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm and high accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and solid data-capturing ability.
  • Matric (Grade 12) – compulsory.
  • Clear criminal record – checks will be conducted.
  • Willing and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Inbound Call Handling

  • Answer incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with enquiries, product information, troubleshooting, and support.
  • Resolve customer issues within agreed timelines and escalate when necessary.
  • Log all interactions accurately on the system.

Outbound Calling

  • Conduct outbound customer calls for follow-ups, surveys, verifications, or sales-related campaigns.
  • Update customer information and ensure accurate record-
  • Meet daily and weekly call targets and performance KPIs.

Customer Service & Communication

  • Deliver world-class customer service with a friendly, solution-focused approach.
  • Communicate clearly with international clients using a neutral, professional tone.
  • Handle difficult customers with patience and empathy while maintaining professionalism.

Administration & Data Accuracy

  • Capture customer information and case notes accurately with zero errors.
  • Process requests, follow-ups, and documentation in line with company procedures.
  • Maintain high levels of data confidentiality and compliance.
