Customer Service & Support Consultants

We are currently seeking Customer Service and Support Consultants, for our client based in Goodwood, Cape Town.

To facilitate contact resolution of inbound and escalated customer queries received from customers.

To provide administration support to complete and process applications.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls
  • Liaise and communication relevant information verbally and in written format
  • Manage fax and email boxes
  • Verify and capture information provided by the customer
  • Assist customers to complete applications
  • Deal with and resolve all customer queries

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Matric
  • Minimum 1 year Call Centre customer service experience
  • Must be available immediately or within 1 – 2 weeks
  • Must be willing to work shifts (Monday to Sunday, with days off. Shift hours between 08:00 – 21:00)

Salary: R7 000 – R12 000 per month (Experience dependent)

Contract: 1 Year
