Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) allows you to outsource all or part of your recruitment process. By partnering with Quest, one of South Africa’s leading RPO providers, you are able to increase your overall efficiency and effectiveness by freeing up resources that would otherwise be committed to managing your recruitment process internally. As your RPO partner we will manage every aspect of the recruiting process, from job profiling all the way to on-boarding and measuring the performance of a new hire.

Quest offers three forms of RPO:

  1. Enterprise RPO - In this case, your intent would be to outsource, companywide, the Human Resource (HR) recruiting solutions function and centralise it through Quest. This would result in a minimum 2 year contract.
  2. Project RPO - This includes the same elements as the Enterprise RPO solution, but the services are limited for a specified period of time or for specified positions.
  3. Point-of-Service RPO – You are able to pick and choose which aspect of the recruitment process you need assistance with and would like to outsource to Quest.
