Sales Project Administrator for a 12-month contract

We are looking for a Sales Project Administrator for a 12-month contract in Johannesburg (Gauteng).

Location: West Rand
Job Type: Fixed Term
Salary: R26,583.85 per month

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide direct support to Account Managers and the Head of Department.
  • Order Management: Process and capture orders efficiently.
  • Project Coordination: Manage project coordination, documentation, and reporting.
  • Sales Support: Assist with sales support and maintain client relationships.
  • Documentation: Type and coordinate files for meetings, reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Presentation Preparation: Prepare PowerPoint presentations for the functional unit.
  • Information Management: Document and disseminate information for the functional unit.
  • Customer Relationship: Maintain corporate customer relationships and resolve queries to customer satisfaction.
  • Communication: Manage all incoming calls professionally.
  • Customer Data Management: Capture all necessary information to manage customer complaints and issues, adhering to vetting and support policies.
  • Escalation Management: Alert management of issues that require escalation for resolution or indicate a larger problem.
  • Value-Added Services: Administer any value-added services requested by customers and sales personnel.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of customer data.
  • Data Entry: Enter customer data and relevant information into systems or data repositories as required.
  • Technology Use: Utilise technology tools as directed within established guidelines by the business unit.
  • Training & Meetings: Participate in individual and team training and meetings to ensure knowledge is up-to-date.
  • Schedule Adherence: Adhere to the planned work schedule.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Experience as a project administrator or similar role, preferably in the telecommunications and ICT sectors.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Package & Remuneration

  • Salary: R26,583.85 per month
  • Contract: 12 months
  • Location: West Rand
