We’re Seeking RE5 Sales Consultants (Banking Industry) – Permanent Position – Wellington (Western Cape)
To initiate and conclude the sale of a range of financial products to customers in an allocated affinity database, using the telephone as a marketing medium.
MUST have a CLEAR Credit and Criminal Record!
MUST have an RE5 and your DOFA date!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Achieve customer growth, revenue, and collections targets as defined by the bank.
- Meet and exceed individual activity metrics for all product lines.
- Effectively execute all Sales & Customer targets as set by the bank.
- Implement the bank’s sales strategy in relation to Product & Value Added Services (Up Selling, Cross Selling & Capital Take Up).
- Conduct outbound calling to target both existing and prospective customers.
- Convert sales opportunities from inbound customer requests, outbound calling, lead generation initiatives, and customer queries.
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with existing and prospective customers to generate new business.
- Participate in cross-selling bank products.
- Maintain detailed tracking of pipeline management and prospect data and activities.
- Arrange in-person visits, appointments, and presentations, following up telephonically where necessary.
- Conduct a professional financial needs analysis to identify needs that may lead to a sale.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- FSCA-aligned NQF 5 or above.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven sales experience.
- At least 2 years of sales experience dealing with customers.
- Based in Wellington (Western Cape) or willing to relocate at your own cost.
- MUST have RE5.
Package & Remuneration:
- Salary: R13,500 – R37,000 per month (CTC), based on experience and qualifications.
