Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR operations for 4 branches (3 in Gauteng, 1 in Mpumalanga)
- Implement and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage payroll processes efficiently
- Lead performance management initiatives
- Provide strong IR and ER support, ensuring compliance and best practices
- Partner with management to foster a high-performance culture
Requirements:
- Relevant HR degree (minimum qualification)
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar HRBP role
- FMCG industry experience highly advantageous
- Proven management experience
- Strong knowledge of Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER)
- Ability to implement HR strategy and drive organizational change
