Call Centre Manager

We are looking for a Call Centre Manager (Forex Experience) for a permanent position in Alberton (Gauteng).

Are you an experienced call centre leader with a passion for driving performance and achieving targets? Do you have a proven track record in forex and call centre management, and excel at motivating and managing large teams? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Leadership Excellence: Oversee and manage a large team of sales agents, driving performance and ensuring adherence to high sales targets.
  • KPI Accountability: Monitor, manage, and be accountable for all staff KPIs, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
  • Sales Achievement: Implement strategies to boost sales performance and lead by example in achieving high sales targets.
  • Team Development: Mentor and motivate team members, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and success.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide comprehensive reports on team performance and sales outcomes.
  • Standby Availability: Be available on standby to handle urgent matters and ensure the seamless operation of the call centre.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience: Proven experience in managing call centres, with a background in forex and achieving high sales targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and motivate large teams, with strong people and self-management skills.
  • Results-Driven: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
  • Accountability: Strong sense of responsibility for team performance and operational reporting.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
  • Dependable: Reliable transport is essential.

Package & Remuneration

  • Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month
  • Location: On-site, Alberton
  • Contract Type: Permanent position
