We are looking for a Call Centre Manager (Forex Experience) for a permanent position in Alberton (Gauteng).

Duties & Responsibilities
- Leadership Excellence: Oversee and manage a large team of sales agents, driving performance and ensuring adherence to high sales targets.
- KPI Accountability: Monitor, manage, and be accountable for all staff KPIs, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Sales Achievement: Implement strategies to boost sales performance and lead by example in achieving high sales targets.
- Team Development: Mentor and motivate team members, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and success.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide comprehensive reports on team performance and sales outcomes.
- Standby Availability: Be available on standby to handle urgent matters and ensure the seamless operation of the call centre.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Extensive Experience: Proven experience in managing call centres, with a background in forex and achieving high sales targets.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and motivate large teams, with strong people and self-management skills.
- Results-Driven: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
- Accountability: Strong sense of responsibility for team performance and operational reporting.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
- Dependable: Reliable transport is essential.
Package & Remuneration
- Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month
- Location: On-site, Alberton
- Contract Type: Permanent position
