We are urgently seeking Call Centre Customer Service Agents for a Permanent Position in Foreshore, Cape Town.
Candidates MUST start immediately and MUST currently reside in Cape Town!!!
The shifts rotate, with work scheduled between 3pm and 3am, Monday to Sunday. Transport is provided after shifts between 6pm and 3am, specifically for those living within 35km of central Cape Town.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handling inquiries from senior citizens regarding their health insurance and coverage.
- Managing customer-submitted claims, which may include handling irate calls.
- Advisors must demonstrate patience, empathy, and sympathy with all customers.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
- MUST have Matric / Grade 12 or NQF4 qualification.
- MUST have at least 12 months’ experience in a call centre (sales or customer service).
- Applicants must have a clear criminal and credit record.
Package & Remuneration:
- Salary: R 6500.00 basic
- R764 towards medical aid (you can bank it or opt for medical aid coverage).
- Employer contributes 5% towards a pension fund.
- Start Date: 15 July 2024 (IF SUCCESSFUL)
