Position: A+ / N+ IT Support Engineers – Independent Contractor
Location: Bryanston, Gauteng
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for laptops, video and web conferences, and file sharing solutions.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Set up and manage wireless networks, ensuring reliable connectivity.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure uninterrupted support for daily IT operations, including:
- Wireless support issues
- Windows issues and troubleshooting
- Microsoft Office issues
- Network connectivity support and troubleshooting
Project Implementation:
- Provide critical technical support for the successful implementation of upcoming projects, ensuring timely completion within scope.
Workload Management:
- Manage the increased workload associated with ongoing laptop upgrades, rollouts, and new project demands, preventing overextension or overworking of current staff.
Skills Requirement:
- Expertise in IT support to address the technical challenges and needs of our department.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Must have A+ / N+ certification.
- Other related IT certifications.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of IT experience in 1st and 2nd level support.
Package & Remuneration:
- Salary: R30,000 per month.
- Contract: Independent Contractor.
- On-site: Bryanston Office.
