Tender Coordinator

Tender Coordinator – 1 Month Contract – Johannesburg

  • We are seeking a tender coordinator to join our office in Johannesburg on a 1 month contract

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Complete documentation either by hand or electronically (attention to detail and neat handwriting)
  • Maintain an accurate filing system (electronic or hard copies)
  • Operate in a neat, effective and organised manner, maintaining confidentiality
  • Open and sort incoming e-mails, arranging according to priority and brings urgent material to the attention of management
  • Type and collate corporate documentation and correspondence
  • Compile and format documents (Microsoft Word and Adobe pdf documents)
  • Liaise across all levels of management and staff in respect of queries and information required
  • Effectively screen telephone calls
  • Extract information and adhere to instructions
  • Liaise with external companies and organisations as required
  • Handle routine administration queries and work requests and be able to resolve these efficiently and effectively
  • Adhere to all administration policies, processes, systems and procedures in the performance of administrative and other duties

Desired Experience & Qualification:

  • Grade 12 plus tertiary education (certificate or diploma)
  • Advanced Computer literacy
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills essential – especially Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe (pdf)
  • Knowledgeable of the Internet and how to navigate / search for information
  • Strong administration and organisation skills with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing
  • To be available Immediately

Package & Remuneration:

R80 per hour
