Executive PA

We’re seeking a temp Executive PA for a client based in Sandton to start January 2022 – May 2022

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research as required for various reports, projects, general information and business plans;
  • Manage the diary of the Country Manager in a proactive and efficient manner.
  • Arrange meetings and set up the equipment for the meetings as required;
  • Organise Client meetings and external conferences, meetings, etc. as required.
  • Schedule and manage the international travel of the employees, to their exact requirements and specifications.
  • Ensure all relevant documentation for meetings, travel and tasks are prepared in advance and liaise with internal and external parties to ensure the information is thorough.
  • Screen visitors, and telephone calls for the Country Manager

Desired Experience & Qualification:

  • Excellent English language and grammar skills – written and verbal;
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal;
  • Excellent and thorough MS Office packages;
  • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail and efficiency;
  • Confident in abilities;
  • Able to use initiative;
  • Able to deal with sensitive and complex situations;
  • Hold a relevant qualification in commercial/business/office administration;
  • Self-motivated and career-driven

Package & Remuneration:

  • R30 000
