Adcorp Corporate Governance

Subscribing to the highest ethical standards

At Adcorp, we subscribe to the highest standards of ethics, transparency and integrity in our business dealings.

We fully support the Code of Corporate Practices as set out in the King II report, and have already implemented its recommendations. The King III report also receives our full endorsement, and we are in the process of implementing its recommendations too.

Sound, ethical practices have characterised our business dealings for more than 30 years, long before the term “corporate governance” went mainstream and formal governance structures became mandatory.
