Quest offers online access to MS Office tutorials and assessments. There are only three prerequisites for participation: 1) Internet access; 2) an email address; 3) an id or passport number for assessment retrieval. |

Candidates can access the Quest for Knowledge on the Quest candidate website. Candidates send an email to Quest asking for access to the tutorials. Quest’s reply email gives candidates login details with a password to start the tutorial. The tutorial is accessed online and on-demand. |

The candidate completes the tutorial module and then emails a request for assessment. What happens if the candidate does not pass? Candidates who don’t pass the assessment may retake the tutorial module. What happens if the candidate passes? Candidates may request access to a higher level tutorial in the same programme, or they may choose to select tutorials in a different software programme in the MS Office suite. |
