Our BEE Transformation Status

At Quest, we understand that transforming is a never-ending cycle. We continue to focus on ownership, management control, employment equity, skills development, preferential procurement, as well as enterprise and socio-economic development.

Quest is accredited as a Level 2 Contributor with 125 percent procurement recognition, based on the new B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice.

Quest has achieved an AAA rating on the generic scorecard verified by Empowerdex in November 2007.

As a level two contributor with 125 percent procurement recognition, clients who spend R1.00 with Quest as their supplier will receive recognition to the value of R1.25. We are meeting our objectives and those of the DTI Codes of Good Practice in a manner that is consistent with the objectives of the B-BBEE Act and those of the SA Economic Transformation initiative.

We are proud of our credentials and are more determined than ever to realise our goals.

Growth and development are the ripple effects of any sustainable transformation strategy.

Our transformation and business strategies go hand in hand. Together, they drive organisational performance up and costs down; thereby enabling the growth of our staff, our candidates, our clients and our country.
Our enterprise development strategy is solid and in place. So is our approach to affirmative action and employment equity. Our succession initiatives are based upon identifying, acquiring, managing and retaining the best talent.

We continuously up-skill and empower our more than 13 thousand perm and flexstaff. As 2010 looms, our goal is to improve and sustain the ripple effect of our internal transformation.

We have received several awards recognising our achievements, including:

Black Management Forum’s Most Progressive Company (runner-up 2003 and 2004)
Most Transformed Company (Awarded by Adcorp Holdings Limited chairman, Dr van Zyl Slabbert)

Regarding ownership, 25 percent of Adcorp’s issued share capital is held by Women Investment Portfolio Holdings Limited (Wiphold), Simeka Group (Simeka) and an Adcorp employee share initiative trust. This demonstrates an unwavering commitment by Adcorp to the broader transformation agenda.
